What are the shipping costs?

All  Orders over 350.00 will have free delivery. For orders under this value the shipping cost will be based on weight. Orders under 10kg will cost €9.00. 

What is the returns procedure?

A Returns form must be completed and submitted with the good being returned.

When will I receive my order?

Orders received before 2.30pm will be shipped that day. In most cases next day delivery is achieved, however at present couriers are experiencing delays.

What do I do if my delivery is damaged?

In the unlikely event that you recieve your good damaged, please contact Reliance as soon as possible quoting your order number.

Can I order online and collect from Reliance trade counter?

Yes, please enter "For Collection" in the Comments box when checking out.  Please ensure to include which of our locations you wish to collect from. Any delivery charge will also be removed from the order when processing.

What are trade counter the opening hours?

We are open Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.

Reliance operates a 24/7-365 emergency call out service for all our account customers. 

What if an item I order is out of stock?

Items that say "Check for lead time" means they are currently out of stock. Please order as normal as we will check lead times and contact you to see if you are happy to proceed with the order.
Many items can be received in 3-5 days. Some however some could take a lot longer.

Where do you ship from?

In most cases online orders will ship from our Cork branch.

Do you ship outside Ireland?

Yes we can ship to anywhere in the world.
