RETURN POLICY

  • Specially procured items will not be accepted for return irrespective of despatch date
  • Per EU regulations customers have a 14 day cooling off period, returns must be notified to Reliance.ie within 14 days of receipt of goods.
  • Returns must be notified by filling in the Request to Return form. Request to Return Goods Form
  • Returns will only be accepted within 14 days of receipt of goods by customer.
  • A Handling charge may be applied to all approved returns.
  • Goods must be returned in good saleable condition and contained in original packaging.
  • A Copy of the Authorised form must accompany the physical return of the goods.

REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be made via the method of payment you used to make your online purchase.
  • Refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) days of receipt of the returned goods.
