Our dedicated linear cutting cell at Reliance Limerick can cut shaft and rail to the desired length, same day service for emergency breakdown situations.
Reliance holds a wide range of hardened and ground precision linear shaft and profile rail guides in various styles and sizes.
Additionally we can provide machining and modification including drilling and tapping and butt-jointing via our network of key linear partners.
BALLSCREW REFURBISHMENTÂ
In conjunction with our partners, we are able to repair all makes and designs of ballscrews; ground ballscrews, and rolled ballscrews in a vast range of sizes and accuracies.
Ballscrews are repaired in a dedicated workshop, by qualified linear engineers and come with a 12 month warranty. When the state of the ballscrew does not allow a repair, we propose a new ballscrew that is interchangeable with the received item.
LINEAR ACTUATOR REFURBISHMENTÂ
In conjunction with our partners, we refurbish all makes and designs of linear actuators. Â Actuators are refurbished in a dedicated workshop, by qualified linear engineers and come with a 12 month warranty. When the condition of the actuator does not allow for a repair, we propose a new actuator that is 100% interchangeable with the received actuator. Â In addition, Reliance also offer a repair service for linear actuators.
