With Tillage season about to commence, Reliance is pleased to now offer a range of Agri Hubs

The Agri Hub Bearing is an easy mounting and integrated solution for agricultural machine, which is greased and sealed.

Agri hubs connect the rotating disc blade to the machine’s frame, allowing it to spin freely while holding up under heavy loads, vibration, and contamination.
Unlike conventional bearing setups that require multiple components—bearing, housing, spacer, seals, and regular lubrication—An Agri Hub integrates everything into one compact, maintenance-free, ready-to-install unit. It mounts directly onto the disc arm and is sealed for life, offering exceptional resistance to contamination, shock loads, and moisture.

Yes, you read that right, Agri hubs are really maintenance-free!!
  • A sealed, double-row bearing design to distribute loads evenly.
  • Factory-sealed lubrication using long-life grease optimized for wide temperature ranges and high-impact shock.
  • Advanced sealing that prevents entry of water, dust, or crop debris, even during high-pressure washdowns.
Agri Hubs can maintain integrity through high-speed discing in mud, frozen ground, and rock-strewn fields, without any relubrication or component degradation.

FK Agri Hubs for tillage are designed to deliver long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance and downtime.

  • Cost reduction
  • Easy mounting and dismounting
  • Relubrication-free
  • High reliability
  • Long service life
  • Inter-changeable with competitor

Agri Hubs for tillage discs are suitable for all major types of agricultural tillage machinery, including
  • Disc harrows
  • Disc ploughs
  • Power harrow
  • Vertical tillage tools
  • Rotary tillers
How does a disc harrow work?
On a disc harrow or vertical tillage tool:
  • Each disc blade spins independently.
  • That disc is mounted on a shaft (spindle).
  • The Agri Hub slides onto that shaft and is bolted to the disc arm or gang frame.
  • It houses the bearing that allows the disc to rotate while supporting radial and axial forces (side-loads, bumps, vibrations).

How does an agri hub bearing save time and money?
  • Grease savings.
  • Labour savings, with no maintenance you can save weekly/daily hours
  • Breakdown reduction: Less downtime during planting/harvest = less risk of yield loss
  • Longer hub life than standard bearings: Replacing Agri Hubs every 7–10 seasons instead of every 1–2 seasons
